Left wing students in JNU had announced the screening of BBC documentary at 9 pm. The power went off half an hour before the screening started. After the power cut, JNU President Aishe Ghosh announced that if one of our screens is stopped, he will watch the film on a thousand screens. After which the students started watching the documentary on mobile and laptop with the help of QR code. During the screening itself, stone pelting started between students belonging to Left organizations and ABVP. Slogans were also raised fiercely against each other from both the sides.
4 storey building collapses in Lucknow
A big accident has happened due to the collapse of a 4-storey building in Hazratganj area of Lucknow. So far 12 people have been pulled out of the debris and some people are feared to be buried.
